Just a thought:

Every act is justified by the person who commits the act. No matter the severity of the the deed, they had a reason, therefore if they truely believe in what they are doing, it cannot be considered "wrong" or "evil". Every single person has a price: self preservation, love, emotion, curiousity, revenge, to make things better, etc etc etc. What society tells us is wrong is just simple judgement and opinion. Would you kill somebody for cash or food? Would you kill somebody to protect your own child? No matter how "petty" the reason is to me or you, if it's justified to that person, it's not truely wrong. The only true evil really is an unjustified act, commiting an act you don't believe in. Or maybe i've just had to much caffine and pop rocks
